DORCE Maintains Its Position in ENR 2025 “Top 250 International Contractors” List

Each year, ENR evaluates construction projects and contracting firms worldwide and publishes one of the industry’s most prestigious and trusted rankings, based on contractors’ international revenues.

ANKARA – Türkiye-based DORCE Prefabricated Building and Construction Ind. & Trade Inc., with its international contracting operations and its prefabricated steel modular building manufacturing facility, has once again been included in the Engineering News-Record (ENR) Top 250 International Contractors 2025 list, one of the most respected rankings in the global contracting industry.

In the ENR ranking, which assesses international contractors based on their overseas revenues, Türkiye maintained its position as the second most represented country on the 2025 list with 45 companies. With a strong international project portfolio and steady growth, DORCE also secured its place among the 250 companies operating on a global scale.

According to data from the Turkish Contractors Association (TMB), the Turkish contracting sector undertook 128 new projects abroad in the first nine months of 2025, reaching a business volume of approximately USD 9.2 billion. As Turkish companies continue to expand their presence in international markets, the sector remains among the most competitive players globally.

Since 1972, Turkish contractors have completed more than 12,000 projects across 137 countries, delivering approximately USD 546 billion in overseas business. This accumulated experience underscores Türkiye’s long-standing position in the global contracting arena.

DORCE continues to strengthen its international presence through a wide range of projects across the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and Central Asia, including housing, hospitals, schools, military living facilities, mining and oil and gas camps, workforce living cities, and humanitarian settlements. The company has recently attracted attention with its 10,000-person modular living city delivered under the NEOM project in Saudi Arabia, as well as projects completed in the Oxagon Industrial Zone.

As a recognized global brand in prefabricated modular construction, DORCE Prefabricated Building and Construction has maintained its position in the ranking by delivering numerous landmark projects in Türkiye and abroad through its Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) and off-site manufacturing capabilities, alongside its contracting expertise.

Company officials emphasized that inclusion in the ENR list reflects not only financial scale, but also DORCE’s digital and advanced engineering capabilities, integrated EPC project management, rapid delivery capacity, and quality standards. The statement noted that DORCE aims to further expand its activities in international markets in the coming period.

Considered one of the most important reference indicators in the global construction industry, the ENR ranking remains a key benchmark demonstrating the sustainable global competitiveness of Turkish contracting companies.
