In one of the largest industrial cluster zones of the United Arab Emirates, an ultra modern workforce accommodation city with a capacity of 26,000 people was delivered by DORCE Prefabricated Building and Construction as a turnkey project in record time.

The project was completed entirely under the assurance of DORCE, including design, engineering, infrastructure, superstructure, landscaping and all social facilities, utilizing three story prefabricated modular buildings and pre engineered heavy steel building systems.

A 40 Year Build Operate Transfer (BOT) Model Workforce City

The core objective of the project is to provide long term rental based accommodation services for blue collar and white collar personnel, meeting all essential needs such as lodging, dining, recreation, healthcare and security in full compliance with international standards. Under a 40 year BOT (Build Operate Transfer) contract, DORCE undertook the complete construction of the development.

A project of this scale, which would require approximately four years using traditional reinforced concrete construction methods, was completed in just 290 days through DORCE’s industrialized off site production capacity and rapid prefabricated modular installation technologies.
This achievement provided the client with three full years of early operational revenue, maximizing the financial return of the BOT model.
