Turnkey Camp and Service Building Solutions with Pre-Engineered Steel Systems for Energy Infrastructure Projects
The Baku–Supsa Western Route Export Pipeline (WREP) is a strategic energy infrastructure project with an approximate length of 833 km (518 miles), transporting Azerbaijani crude oil through Georgia to the Supsa Terminal on the Black Sea coast.
Within this scope, the project implemented by DORÇE Prefabricated Buildings & Construction for BP (British Petroleum) in Georgia was completed on a turnkey basis using pre-engineered steel building systems. The project includes dormitory buildings, service buildings, as well as clean water and wastewater treatment facilities, all planned to support crude oil pipeline operations.
Project Scope and Implementation Details
The works carried out within the scope of the WREP Project were integrally planned and implemented as follows:
• Dormitory buildings for personnel accommodation
• Service buildings serving operational requirements
• Clean water and wastewater treatment systems
• Durable pre-engineered steel building solutions suitable for site conditions
The pre-engineered steel systems used provide high structural strength, long service life, and rapid installation, offering a reliable solution under challenging site conditions typical of energy projects.
