OCP Phosphate Slurry Pipeline Mobilization Camp Project

The OCP Phosphate Slurry Pipeline Mobilization Camp Project was implemented within the scope of the Phosphate Slurry Pipeline Project, one of the world’s largest phosphate logistics investments, led by Morocco’s national phosphate producer, Office Chérifien des Phosphates (OCP Group). The project is located along the Khouribga–Jorf Lasfar corridor and forms part of a strategic infrastructure investment aimed at transporting phosphate from the mining site to the industrial terminal.

Within this context, the mobilization camp developed for Tekfen Construction was supplied by DORÇE to meet the accommodation and operational needs of on-site personnel.

Fast and Functional Camp Infrastructure for Industrial Projects

With a total enclosed area of 3,470 m² and consisting of 226 modular units, the mobilization camp was designed based on the requirements of speed, functionality, and operational continuity essential for large-scale mining and industrial infrastructure projects.

The main works carried out within the scope of the project include:

Supply of modular camp buildings
Structural construction works
Electrical installation systems
Mechanical installation systems

The camp layout was planned to ensure rapid adaptation to site conditions, contributing to the establishment of a safe and efficient working environment throughout the project duration.

A Strategic Reference for Phosphate Mining and Pipeline Infrastructure

The OCP Group Phosphate Slurry Pipeline Project is a pioneering initiative that has transformed industrial mining infrastructure by enabling phosphate transportation via pipeline systems instead of conventional truck and rail transport. Through this innovative approach:
