A Modular Steel Bazaar Solution Delivered Under Design and Build Scope for Urban Commercial Areas

The Modular Booksellers’ Bazaar Project, delivered by DORÇE Prefabricated Buildings & Construction for the Ankara Metropolitan Municipality, represents a successful example of modern, fast-installation, and sustainable modular steel building solutions developed for urban commercial areas. The project was completed on a turnkey basis under the Design & Build model, including design, engineering, and superstructure supply.

Consisting of a total of 20 modular units, the booksellers’ bazaar was planned to ensure the continuity of commercial activities in the city center, support small local businesses, and create an organized marketplace. Thanks to the modular steel building system, the project was installed on site in a short time and made ready for use.
