The VIP Accommodation Container Project, implemented in Türkiye for Turkish Petroleum Corporation (TPAO), is a key reference project demonstrating DORÇE Prefabricated’s modular steel building technologies and energy-sector-focused engineering solutions. The project was successfully completed under the Design & Supply contract model, covering design, production, installation, and delivery processes.

With a total built-up area of 1,176 m², the project was completed within a short timeframe between January and April 2022 and commissioned within the TP-OTC (Turkish Petroleum Offshore Technology Center).

Project Scope: VIP Accommodation and Office Containers

Within the scope of the project:

1. 50 VIP accommodation containers
2. 6 office containers

were designed, manufactured, and supplied by DORÇE using a modular steel construction system. The structures were developed in line with the operational requirements of the oil and gas sector, high-level comfort expectations, and corporate usage standards.

The VIP accommodation containers offer permanent and prestigious living spaces even under field conditions, featuring modern interior design, functional layouts, and high living comfort.

Rapid Delivery Capability with Design, Engineering, and Superstructure Supply in 4 Months

The VIP Accommodation Container Project was successfully completed in just four months thanks to the execution of all design, engineering, and superstructure supply processes at DORÇE’s production facilities in Ankara, and the delivery of fully finished modular units to the project site. This approach clearly demonstrates DORÇE’s ability to make rapid decisions, deliver integrated manufacturing solutions, and effectively respond to urgent project demands.
