Light Gauge Steel Modular Kindergarten Building Solution Implemented Under Design and Build Scope for Educational Infrastructure

The Prefabricated Modular Kindergarten Project, consisting of combined modular units and implemented in Bern, Switzerland by DORÇE Prefabricated Buildings & Construction for Mobazon, represents a successful example of modern, safe, and rapidly deployable light gauge steel modular building solutions developed for educational facilities. The project was completed on a turnkey basis under the Design & Build model, including design, engineering, and superstructure manufacturing.

With a total enclosed area of 161 m², the kindergarten building was produced using a Light Gauge Steel (LGS) panel building system and designed by taking into account functional spatial organization, child safety, and user comfort, which are essential requirements for educational buildings.
