In 2013, three-storey temporary office and residential buildings were delivered on a turnkey basis by DORÇE in Ankara, the capital of Türkiye, using a prefabricated steel panel system.

The Temporary Office and Residential Project for the Prime Ministry Complex was planned to meet the public sector’s requirements for rapid installation, functional use, and secure working environments. Implemented in Ankara, the project was completed turnkey by DORÇE Prefabricated Buildings & Construction in 2013 using a prefabricated steel panel building system.

Designed for temporary use, the buildings bring together office and residential units within a single campus, enabling uninterrupted continuity of public operations.

The structures constructed within the scope of the project were realized using a three-storey prefabricated steel panel system. This system provides the key advantages required in public projects, including short construction duration, controlled factory production, and high structural durability. The prefabricated steel panels were manufactured in a factory environment, transported to site, and assembled in a short time.
