High Efficiency and Rapid Office Infrastructure for the Energy Sector

The Two Storey Modular Administrative Office Building project was implemented in Adıyaman for a strategic institution such as Turkish Petroleum Corporation TPAO. The project stands as a qualified example demonstrating the effectiveness of modular construction technologies in multi storey office buildings and their ability to respond rapidly to corporate operational requirements.

Dorce completed the project under the Design and Build delivery model, managing all phases from architectural and engineering design to infrastructure and superstructure construction through a single integrated approach with a high level of engineering discipline.

Technology Leadership and Expertise in LGSF Panelized Modular Construction

In this project, Dorce utilized cold formed light gauge steel frame structural systems, in which the company has developed strong expertise for multi storey modular buildings.

Through this panelized construction method, wall, floor, and roof panels together with load bearing steel frames were manufactured in a controlled factory environment and delivered to site, allowing the main structural integrity to be established within a short period of time. This approach minimized on site construction duration while maximizing quality consistency and speed.

Efficiency and Cost Effectiveness

Thanks to the panelized modular construction methodology, the project with a total construction area of 3,600 square meters was completed efficiently between March 2024 and October 2024. The key operational and financial advantages achieved include:
