Dorçe delivered an important reference project for the Ministry of Interior of the United Arab Emirates by designing and completing Prefabricated Modular Police Station Buildings on a turnkey basis. Modular Steel Building Design Optimized for Extreme Climate Conditions

The project was successfully executed in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The Prefabricated Modular Steel Building System used throughout the project was engineered to provide long-term durability against extreme desert climate conditions, including high temperatures, sandstorms, and intense UV exposure. The entire building envelope was reinforced with materials offering enhanced thermal insulation performance, while interior spaces were designed to maximize energy efficiency.

Thanks to these features, the buildings:

• Operate safely in temperatures exceeding +50°C

High-Security and Bullet-Resistant Police Structures

Several buildings within the project scope were reinforced with bullet-resistant panels and material systems.
