Dorçe Prefabricated Buildings & Construction continues to produce solutions for financial services infrastructure in order to contribute to the rapid normalization of daily life in Türkiye’s earthquake-affected regions. Within this scope, the Modular Steel Bank Branch Buildings Project planned across Adıyaman for Ziraat Bank Head Office (Ziraat Finance Group) was implemented as a benchmark application demonstrating Dorçe’s volumetric modular building technology and rapid mobilization capability.

Rapid Installation and Immediate Use with the Volumetric Modular System

The volumetric modular units used in the project were manufactured in a factory environment in accordance with high quality standards and transported to the site largely pre-assembled. Thanks to this approach, the branch buildings were made ready for use within a very short period, ensuring uninterrupted access to banking and financial services for the local population.

With a total construction area of 2,016 m², the project was completed at record speed between February and March 2023. During this period, Dorçe managed the following processes in an integrated manner:
