The Atrush Base Military Camp, delivered by Dorce in the Duhok region of Iraq, is a fully modular defense-grade installation engineered for the Oil Protection Forces (OPF). Designed for rapid mobilization in one of the region’s most challenging geographies, the project utilizes a complete prefabricated modular steel building system to meet high security requirements and ensure operational continuity under demanding field conditions.
Developed as a multi-unit military settlement, the camp provides comprehensive support for accommodation, training, mission preparation, operational activities, and all essential base services. Through Dorce’s industrialized off-site manufacturing technologies, every structural component was produced in a controlled factory environment, enabling precise quality assurance and significantly shortening on-site construction time. This approach ensured a fast and safe deployment process aligned with international defense standards.
Engineered for long-term resilience, the modular steel structures offer exceptional durability, operational efficiency, and lifecycle performance. With the ability to be dismantled and relocated when mission parameters change, the camp provides strategic flexibility for evolving military and security needs across various terrain conditions.
As one of Dorce’s flagship references in the defense and security sector, the project highlights the company’s capability to deliver field-ready modular military infrastructure, including bases, operational camps, border security facilities, and mobile command structures. The Atrush Camp stands as a clear demonstration of Dorce’s proficiency in rapidly deployable modular units, security-class steel structures, and the establishment of mission-critical facilities in remote operational zones.
The Atrush Military Camp represents a new generation of adaptable modular defense infrastructure designed to support armed forces in dynamic, high-security environments.
