The Monoblock Three Storey Triplex Light Steel Villa Structure Project implemented in Abu Dhabi stands as a qualified reference demonstrating Dorce’s engineering capability in high end residential developments and light steel construction technologies in the United Arab Emirates. The project was successfully delivered under the Design and Build model for Inter City General Contracting Co.

Within the scope of the project, a total of five triplex villas were constructed within a single monoblock structure through an integrated structural system and a holistic architectural approach. With a total construction area of 2,580 square meters, the project was completed within a short timeframe between June and September 2008. The design and engineering process was shaped by the hot climate conditions of the Gulf region, high comfort expectations, and long term durability requirements.

The project utilized the Light Gauge Steel Frame structural system, one of Dorce’s core areas of expertise. This technology enabled multiple triplex residential units to be safely and efficiently integrated within a single building mass.
