Dorce successfully completed the 2,000-person prefabricated modular accommodation camp for the NEOM – Oxagon Industrial City Project in Saudi Arabia within just 6 months. These rapidly deployable living spaces were designed in alignment with Vision 2030 objectives.
Rapid Mobilization for Oxagon, the Industrial Hub of the Future
As part of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 and the Public Investment Fund’s (PIF) strategic NEOM initiative, Oxagon is planned to become one of the world’s most advanced logistics and industrial centers. To support the workforce operating in this ambitious development, Dorce Prefabricated and Construction delivered comprehensive accommodation solutions.
Located in the harsh desert conditions of the Tabuk region, the fully equipped 2,000-person accommodation camp was completed in only 6 months through Dorce’s Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) and modular steel building technologies.
Continuous Comfort in a Challenging Environment
The project was designed in accordance with NEOM’s global standards and constructed using highly insulated, durable modular units capable of withstanding extreme desert climate conditions. Living spaces were meticulously planned to address the varying needs and ranks of personnel on-site.
Within the integrated camp layout, Dorce delivered:
-
High-comfort VIP Executive Residences for senior management
-
Modern Engineer Lodgings designed to support productive work and quality rest
-
Ergonomic, climate-controlled Living Units for the general workforce
A Full Social Ecosystem Strengthening Daily Life
This 2,000-person modular settlement includes not only accommodation but also a broad range of social and operational facilities aimed at enhancing workforce well-being. The campus features social facilities, dining halls, recreational areas, and administrative units designed to meet all daily needs of the personnel.
With this project, Dorce once again demonstrated its strategic role in accelerating and optimizing Oxagon’s construction processes through efficient, fast, and scalable modular solutions.
