This Smart Residential Project, implemented in Ankara, the capital of Türkiye, clearly demonstrates Dorce Prefabricated’s advanced engineering approach through its EPC delivery model and Light Gauge Steel Frame construction technology. Covering the entire process from design to turnkey delivery, the project was completed within an exceptionally short period of only 75 days, serving as a concrete example of rapid construction capability.
Fast and Error Free Construction with Panelized Light Steel System
The panelized light steel structural system used in the project enabled wall, floor, and load bearing panels to be manufactured in a controlled factory environment and delivered to site ready for installation. This method minimized on site labor while maximizing dimensional accuracy and quality control. Thanks to the panel based assembly approach, the structure was completed in a short time and in full compliance with the planned schedule.
