Within the scope of the Adana Ceyhan Polypropylene Plant project, one of Türkiye’s largest industrial investments, DORCE successfully delivered a large scale worker accommodation camp designed to host thousands of employees. Executed in cooperation with Rönesans, this project stands as a strong demonstration of DORCE’s rapid mobilization capability and its expertise in the production of worker accommodation container systems.

Multi Storey Modular Solutions for Construction Site Camps

The project was designed not only to meet basic accommodation needs, but also to provide all the requirements of a modern living environment. The modular worker dormitories and steel structures developed by DORCE, reaching up to three storeys in height, offer maximum capacity and comfort even in limited site areas.

The turnkey solutions delivered within the worker accommodation camp include:

• Comfortable Living Areas: High standard worker dormitories and executive accommodation containers.
• Administrative and Technical Buildings: Site offices, management buildings, health, safety and environment units, and fully equipped medical clinics.
• Social Living Units: Modular gym facilities, recreation areas, and industrial scale laundry units.
• Hygiene and Infrastructure: WC and shower containers with septic tank systems, security cabins, and maintenance workshops.

Plug and Play Technology in Worker Accommodation Containers

In order to accelerate construction site operations, DORCE implemented an innovative approach in both production and logistics.

1. Fully Equipped Manufacturing
   All worker accommodation containers were manufactured at DORCE’s Ankara production facilities in a ready to use condition, including complete electrical and mechanical installations.
2. Rapid Installation Plug and Play
   The modules delivered to site were installed in record time thanks to the plug and play system.
3. Smart Logistics
   Corridor units were delivered in flatpack form, while room modules were transported fully assembled, reducing transportation costs and increasing overall logistics efficiency.

Highly Insulated Construction Site Camp for Challenging Conditions

One of the most critical factors for any worker accommodation camp is ensuring year round comfort. Taking into account the climatic conditions of Adana, the modules used in this project feature the following key characteristics:

• Rockwool Insulation: Superior thermal and acoustic insulation achieved through the use of high density rockwool.
• Energy Efficiency: Special insulation detailing reduces energy consumption while providing ideal indoor comfort for workers in all seasons.
