Integrated Accommodation and Office Complex Solution for the Energy Sector
This project, implemented in Adıyaman for Turkish Petroleum Corporation (TPAO), was planned as a natural continuation of the previously completed Two-Storey Modular Administrative Office Building project and was designed to meet the long-term accommodation needs of personnel working in energy fields. The project was developed with an integrated administrative and living complex approach that supports TPAO’s operational continuity.
DORÇE undertook the project under the Design & Build model, delivering design, engineering, infrastructure, and superstructure works through a single-point responsibility approach with a high level of engineering discipline.
Panelized Modular Residential Construction with LGSF Technology
The project utilized the Light Gauge Steel Frame (LGSF) technology, one of DORÇE’s core areas of expertise. Thanks to the panelized modular construction method, load-bearing systems, wall, floor, and roof panels were manufactured in a controlled factory environment and rapidly assembled on site.
This system simultaneously delivers speed, quality, and structural safety, which are critical requirements for energy sector projects.
High-Capacity Complex with 13 Two-Storey Accommodation Buildings
Within the scope of the project, a total of 13 accommodation buildings, each designed as two storeys, were constructed as stand-alone structures between March 2024 and October 2024. The project has a total construction area of 7,904 m². The buildings were planned to be functional, durable, and long-lasting to meet the accommodation needs of TPAO personnel.
These accommodation buildings were positioned to operate in coordination with the administrative office structures, offering a camp complex concept that simultaneously targets operational efficiency and living comfort in field operations.
