All stages, including site preparation, ground works, foundations, reinforced concrete structures, internal roads, and vehicle parking areas, were carried out according to stringent military construction principles. The scope additionally covered potable water treatment units, wastewater treatment facilities, furniture and equipment supply, ensuring a fully operational and self-sustaining military base.
