From Factory to Field: Rapid Mobilization at KSIA

Construction activities are progressing steadily at the King Salman International Airport (KSIA) Private Aviation site. The project showcases the strategic integration of DORCE’s heavy steel structural systems with high-capacity modular solutions.

Technical Execution and Highlights:

Structural Integrity: Installation of the primary steel structure, including columns, rafters, and purlins, has been successfully completed in full compliance with project-specific tolerances and structural performance requirements.

Modular Integration: Flat-pack modular units have been deployed for administrative and operational functions, enabling rapid mobilization and high-quality interior standards. By optimizing logistics with up to 8 units fitting into a single ISO shipping container, DORCE significantly reduces transportation costs and environmental impact.

Operational Readiness: The project is advancing toward final stages, including cladding works, MEP integration, and interior fit-out completion.

Strategic Impact: Manufactured in controlled factory environments, DORCE systems are engineered for durability under Saudi Arabia’s harsh climate conditions while optimizing logistics efficiency. Demountable and stackable designs provide substantial savings in transportation and on-site assembly time.
