As DORÇE Prefabricated Buildings and Construction Industry Trade Inc. we carry out our production and assemble activities at top quality level. In this sense; protecting natural Environment, Health and Safety of employees and constantly improving the working conditions are our main goals. For this reason we ensure continuity of the followings:

  • Providing the continuous improvement of the Health, Safety and Environment performance;
    Complying with the legal and other requirements (Client, Dorçe, Local Content…etc.) regarding Environment, Health and Safety;
  • Taking precautions to minimize all the risks of Health, Safety and Environmental impacts;
  • Minimizing or eliminating wastes by using the natural sources effectively and implementing new technology options; to prevent the pollution;
  • Implementing technologies that improve our Health, Safety and Environmental performance in our investments in engineering principles; with the goal of sustainable development;
  • Providing trainings to ensure that all employees are aware of their individual Health, Safety responsibilities and Environmental consciousness;
  • Providing necessary applications for minimizing the Environmental effects, Health and Safety risks during the project implementations;
  • Participation of all employees on matters affecting Health, Safety and Environment;
  • Periodically reviewing the Health, Safety and Environmental Policy to ensure compliance with the current conditions;
  • In order to protect and help to renew the earths limited resources; encouraging of our clients, suppliers, subcontractors and recyclers of our products to adopt the reduce, reuse and recycle as many materials as is practically possible same Environmental principles as Dorçe;
  • To protect the health of all employees against the impact of the pandemic by taking control measures to limit the impact of the virus and other similar risks to health at Dorçe facilities.
  • To be ready for all kinds of emergencies such as environmental & workplace accidents, explosions, fires, sabotage, disasters; prepare the necessary emergency response plans and monitor the implementations.

The ISO 27001:2013 certificate covers customs and foreign trade operations such as import, export, transit, and customs clearance, as well as related activities including logistics, warehousing, accounting, human resources, finance, and information technology, along with the physical and electronic information assets used in these processes and the information security measures implemented to protect these assets.

Accordingly, the purpose of our Information Security Management System (ISMS) Policy is to:

  • Ensure compliance with all legal and business requirements related to information security, as well as contractual obligations regarding information security,

  • Establish and maintain an effective and adequate information security risk management approach to eliminate risks identified on information assets or reduce them to an acceptable level,

  • Ensure the continuity of the three fundamental components of the Information Security Management System in all activities carried out:

Confidentiality: Prevent unauthorized access to critical information,

Integrity: Demonstrate that the accuracy and integrity of information are maintained,

Availability: Ensure that authorized individuals can access information whenever necessary,

  • Develop and maintain appropriate business continuity plans and systems to ensure the continuation of business operations with minimal disruption,

  • Address not only data stored in electronic environments but also all forms of data in written, printed, verbal, and similar formats,

  • Raise awareness by providing information security training to all personnel,

  • Report all actual or suspected information security vulnerabilities to the ISMS team and ensure their investigation by the ISMS team,

  • Define information security control objectives and ensure the continuous improvement of the ISMS through regular audits and reviews,

  • Manage information security breaches, take appropriate measures to prevent recurrence, and implement necessary sanctions.
