Australia Modular Housing

A Competitive Turnkey DORÇE Modular Housing Solution for High-Cost Markets

The Modular Housing Unit Project implemented in Australia, where labor and conventional construction costs are significantly high, is an important global reference project that demonstrates DORÇE’s advanced manufacturing infrastructure in Türkiye, modular construction technologies, and expertise in international supply chain management.

Within the scope of the project, all modular housing units were manufactured under controlled conditions at DORÇE’s factories in Türkiye and shipped in fully assembled form, including interior finishes, technical infrastructure, and fixed equipment. This approach enabled fast and seamless installation on site with almost no local labor requirements.

Minimum On-Site Labor, Maximum Factory Control

Considering the high labor costs and challenging site operations in the Australian market, the project was implemented using a factory-produced and fully assembled modular system approach. The majority of construction activities were completed in production facilities rather than on site, resulting in:

  • On-site labor reduced to a minimum

  • A significant reduction in construction duration

  • Elimination of labor-related risks

  • Controlled total project costs

This approach enabled DORÇE to offer a competitive pricing advantage in high-cost markets.

Turnkey Modular Housing Solution

The modular housing units were produced ready for use, complete with structural components, interior fittings, and electrical and mechanical infrastructure. Overseas logistics processes were managed in an integrated manner by DORÇE, and the project was completed on a turnkey basis in Australia.

Through this system:

  • On-site duration was minimized

  • Logistics and installation processes became predictable

  • Rapid commissioning was achieved

Added Value in Design, Spatial Perception, and Living Quality

The project did not only provide an economical and fast housing solution but also aimed for high standards in spatial perception and user experience. Within the housing units, particular attention was given to:

  • Color, texture, and material selections

  • Layouts that enhance natural daylight utilization

  • Functional and balanced interior spatial organization

This design-driven approach was a determining factor in DORÇE being selected for the project.

Sustainable and Environmentally Responsible Production Approach

Compared to traditional construction methods, the modular building system provides lower waste generation, reduced on-site intervention, and lower carbon emissions. Through factory-based production, environmental impact was minimized, and the project was implemented in alignment with sustainable construction principles.

DORÇE Experience in Global Housing Projects

The Australia Modular Housing Unit Project stands as a strong reference demonstrating DORÇE’s ability to successfully deliver modular housing projects across thousands of kilometers, even in high-cost markets. The project offers a scalable and reliable solution model for international housing developments that require fast production, competitive cost, high quality, and turnkey delivery.
