As part of the Trans Anatolian Natural Gas Pipeline Project (TANAP), one of the most strategic energy initiatives shaping regional and global energy geopolitics, DORÇE Prefabricated successfully delivered the critical living and working facilities required for the project. TANAP transports natural gas extracted from Azerbaijan’s Shah Deniz 2 Gas Field to Europe through Türkiye, forming a key energy corridor between producer and consumer markets.

Along the more than 1,850 kilometer pipeline route, prefabricated modular buildings and pre engineered steel structures were implemented in full alignment with the project’s dynamic construction phases and challenging site conditions. These facilities were delivered through DORÇE’s comprehensive EPC capabilities, covering engineering, procurement, and construction.

Throughout the construction phase of this large scale energy project, DORÇE provided a wide range of integrated solutions, including:

Wide span heavy steel hangars and storage facilities designed for logistics operations, maintenance activities, and high load bearing requirements.

Fully equipped office buildings and meeting facilities supported by advanced technological infrastructure.

Mobile (Fly Camp) and Permanent Camps:
Relocatable modular living units that move in parallel with pipeline progress, as well as permanent camp facilities supporting long term operations.

Service and Social Facilities:
Industrial kitchens, hygienic dining halls, and full capacity laundry buildings designed to meet the daily needs of thousands of personnel.

Recreation Areas:
Indoor sports halls and social spaces developed to support employee wellbeing, motivation, and overall site productivity.

DORÇE undertook the entire scope on a turnkey basis, from infrastructure to superstructure works, utilizing modular container units and steel building systems to ensure timely and seamless project delivery.
